Booking Online

When ordering multiple items online, your order will automatically be grouped into 1 order according to the longest lead time. If you would like the items delivered in a different way, please inform us by giving us a call or email. You can get this information at the bottom of our website page. Please note you may be charge extra for your method of delivery.

If you would like us to delay delivery to coincide with your renovations please inform us using our contact details. Please note that we will try and accommodate all requests but we have very limited space in our warehouse so if you choose to delay your delivery, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £10 per item per day.

It is extremely important that the items you have ordered are able to fit into your property without any alterations to the property or items purchased. Sizes of the items are stated on our website on the item page clearly. We cannot take responsibility for any items which do not fit into your property, however, as long as you notify us when you order of any restrictions or access issues, we will do our best to complete the delivery.  Any alterations made to your property to complete the delivery will be your responsibility and at your cost.

If we are not able to complete the delivery due to the items not fitting into your property & the order is therefore cancelled, we reserve the right to charge 40% of the cancelled order value.

Our standard delivery vehicle is a long wheel base van, so please ensure there is no access issues for this type of vehicle. We cannot be responsible for any failed deliveries due to issues problems. Please inform us long before delivery so we can plan accordingly.

If we are not able to complete the delivery due to vehicle access issues & we therefore need to complete a second delivery in a smaller (non-standard) vehicle, we reserve the right to charge an additional £49 for the failed delivery.


Delivery Lead-times

Delivery dates are dependent upon stock availability and manufacturer lead times. Once we have received and processed your order, we will email you with confirmation and a provisional delivery date by the end of the next working day.

This date should be taken as only a guide -- due to unforeseen circumstances, timing and dates can change. We will keep you informed at all times.

You will be notified as soon as a delivery date and time has been confirmed by our courier services. We endeavour to deliver in stock items within 14 days.

Should you be unable to receive a delivery we have already booked, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make rearrangements. Please be aware that this may incur extra costs if you inform us late.

Please note order cancellations cannot be accepted for delayed deliveries which are outside of our control.


Prior to Delivery

Our Warehouse will call you approx. 2 weeks prior to delivery to confirm a delivery date with you.

We will also need to collect any outstanding balance a minimum of 14 days prior to delivery.

Please note we will not be able to confirm your booking until we have collected the balance.

If the balance remains outstanding 7 days prior to expected delivery date, storage charges will apply as outlined above.

If we attempt to make your delivery within the agreed scheduled timeframe & you are not home to take receipt of your order, we reserve the right to charge £49 for a failed delivery


Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK mainland.

Standard Delivery Service

We will unpack and assemble your goods in your room of choice and remove all packaging. Please note the standard delivery assumes furniture will be delivered to the ground floor. Any variances to this must be notified to us in advance so that we can plan and schedule accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries whereby we are not notified in advance. This will result in an extra charges as stated at the top.


Returns & Refunds

If you have received your order but no longer want it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your order, by email at or call us on 01905 754040, upon which a returns form will be issued.

All unwanted items to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Unwanted items must reach us within 28 days of receipt at the customer’s expense. We will notify you once we have received your items and are processing your return.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on delivery charges for unwanted items.

If an item you have received is damaged, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of your goods. We will issue you with a returns form and prepaid postage label to be printed and attached to the returned goods, which must then be taken to your local Post Office. Damaged or faulty items must be returned before a replacement can be issued.

Please ensure returns are packed and labelled carefully to ensure they are not lost or damaged in transit, for which we are not responsible.

In all instances, please obtain proof of postage.

Items can be returned to our showroom at no extra cost; however, you will be required to provide a completed returns form before a refund or exchange can be given.

For bulky or heavy items, please call us to confirm carriage or delivery options. All delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

As they are cut to order, orders of fabric and wallpaper cannot be refunded.

Grays of Worcester does not issue refunds for the following:

- Unwanted items returned after 28 days
- Items without a completed returns form
- Damaged items we are not notified of within 2 days of receipt
- All bespoke and made-to-measure goods
- Any orders of fabric or wallpaper (unless unfit for purpose)
- Gift vouchers

This does not affect your statutory rights.
